- Queen or twins in third bedroom (also depending on desire and availability)
- Twins, Queen Sleeper or Bunk Beds in the loft (depending on desire and availability)
- Queen sleeper sofa in the living room (unless otherwise stated)
- Central Air Conditioning
- Jacuzzi tub (1 or 2 person, depending on desire and availability)
- Fireplace (gas or wood, also depending on availability)
