Rules and Regulations

• Our Check In Time is 5:00pm or Later
• Our Check Out Time is 11:00am or Earlier
• If you will be arriving after office hours, your key, parking permit and map to your unit will be left for you in our after-hours lock box. This is located at our rental office between the double doors. Instructions to access this box may be found in our showcase on the wall.
• Reservations: A $200.00 Advance Deposit is required upon making a reservation. This is payable by Visa or MasterCard. We do accept checks within four (4) business days or the unit is subject to cancellation. This deposit is applied to your room charge.
• Cancellations: We will accept cancellations up until 15 days prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 Processing Fee will apply. Forfeiture of your full deposit will result, within 15 days of your arrival date, if we are unable to rebook the unit. If we are able to rebook the condo, we will refund $175.00 of the $200. deposit.
• Cancellation and/or Early departure due to weather conditions does not warrant any refund of payment. No refund will be issued once the unit is occupied.
• Holiday Policy: Payment is due in full by December 1st. After this date, there may be no cancellations or changes. Forfeiture of the full payment will apply if we are unable to rebook the condo. If we are able to rebook, a $150.00 processing fee will apply
• Full payment is due at the time of check-in. All rates are subject to applicable Michigan state, local taxes and resort fees
• Payment can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash. A Visa or MasterCard in Renters name is required for the registration card at the time of check-in.
• Boats/Snowmobiles: An RV Parking Lot is provided for these recreational items.
• Housekeeping Services are provided after departure, but not provided on a daily basis.
• Parking: Due to limited space in our parking lots, please plan on parking a maximum of 1-2 vehicles only. More than 2 vehicles shall obtain a special parking permit and must be parked in the RV lot
• The Maximum Occupancy of each unit may not be exceeded, due to local fire codes. These occupancy figures must include any children or babies.
• Nightly Minimums: 2 night minimums apply
• Pets: We are sorry, however, Pets are not permitted at Trout Creek.
• Quiet Hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. As each condominium shares a building with several other units, please remember to be considerate of your neighbors as you wish them to be to you.
• We attempt to honor all requests for specific units and/or specifications. However, no request is guaranteed. We reserve the right to change unit assignments at our discretion, when necessary.
