Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: We will accept cancellations up until 15 days prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 Processing Fee will apply. Forfeiture of your full deposit will result, within 15 days of your arrival date, if we are unable to rebook the unit. If we are able to rebook the condo, we will refund $175 of the $200 deposit.
• Cancellation and/or Early departure due to weather conditions does not warrant any refund of payment. No refund will be issued once the unit is occupied.
• Holiday Policy: Payment is due in full by December 1st. After this date, there may be no cancellations or changes. Forfeiture of the full payment will apply if we are unable to rebook the condo. If we are able to rebook, a $150 processing fee will apply
