Our On-Site Clubhouse is available for rental and is perfect for family reunions, business meetings, baby & wedding showers and small wedding receptions. This beautiful non-smoking, 32' x 36', air conditioned, Clubhouse features:

- If your group would like to reserve this space, please let us know. The cost is $150 and is based on availability. This cost may be negotiated when renting a group of condos.
We will do all that we can to make sure that you and your guests enjoy themselves. This meeting room includes several conference tables, chairs and white board. We are happy to help arrange caterers for your meals, a photographer to preserve your special memories and a DJ for the music.
