2009 Spring Clean Authorization Form
Please take a moment to review the Spring Clean Form. Please complete the following and return this page to the rental office no later than April 30th. In order to be ready for our summer season, all spring cleans must be completed by June 16th.
A $60 check fee will apply to owners that complete the clean themselves. Please be sure that you turn in the completed Cleaning Checklist so that housekeeping has this with them when they check the condo. This will be taken care of within a few days of your departure. If they find any items that were missed, our staff will go ahead and take care of them. Any additional charges will be billed to your monthly statement.
A copy of the Cleaning Checklist is available either on the Owner Homepage of the website or at the Front Desk. If you would like one mailed to you, we would be happy to do so.
