Trout Creek Condominium Association is seeking a skilled Carpenter (full-time, year-round) to join our team in support of replacing/repairing siding, exterior building repairs (stairs and decks), window replacement, and more to join our maintenance and renovation team in beautiful Harbor Springs, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace siding on condominium units
• Perform general carpentry work as needed
• Work safely and efficiently on ladders, scaffolding, and various tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work site
• Collaborate with the property maintenance team and report to the site supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with siding installation (vinyl, wood, or fiber cement)
• Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Valid driver’s license
