General Manager

 

Trout Creek is seeking a General Manager who will provide leadership, overseeing all operations of the Trout Creek Condominium Association as well as the Trout Creek Rental Management Company. The GM will supervise the Property Superintendent, Rental Manager, operations for both organizations and the financial accounting contractor. 

Job Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of condo and resort management experience, strong organizational skills, ability to effectively use a teamwork approach with staff at all levels, Board of Director members, owners, rental customers, vendors, legal counsel and engineers.

Seeking General Labor Employees

Job: Work will include light carpentry tasks, lawn and grounds work, sidewalk snow removal, etc.

Wage: Hourly rate starts @ $16/hour and goes up from there. Negotiable depending upon skills and dependability. The more skills and dependability you bring, the better the pay and benefits.

Hours: Full time seasonal but full time year around is available for people with carpentry and other skill sets.
