Also, the Bayview Mackinac Sailboat Race is wrapping up. The winning boat was “nosurprise”, which operated with 2 sailors rather than the typical 8. Merritt (only 14 years old!)  and her dad sailed from Port Huron to Mackinac Island and arrived an hour before the next boat. Merritt and her dad summer in Harbor Springs too 😀 How exciting is that!!
